When was the last time you giggled? Not a boisterous, out loud , belly laugh (although that kind of laugh strengthens the heart) but a true giggle that floats to the surface like a champagne bubble and “pops” from every pore of your face. It lights up your eyes, wrinkles your nose and ends with a silly grin. A giggle is good for the soul.
